- White Belly: Rice belly always have opacity white section called white belly, and that rice with whiter belly is always with less protein and more asylum and water.
- Cracked Rice: Cracked rice happens when drying and it causes rice flaws. Cracked rice is less nutrition and soft external/ hard inner. When purchasing rice, please be avoid buying cracked rice.
- Yellow Rice: Yellow rice is with bad quality since ingredient inside rice goes bad and cause yellow appearance. The taste is bad so you need to be caution in yellow rice.
- Rice Age: When buy rice, rice color is important for evaluating quality. Darker rice with cracked flaws means old rice, absolutely old rice is not with greatest quality. Meanwhile we need to smell rice musty taste is not acceptable. Furthermore please check if rice is eaten by worm.
