Seeds Coating Machine

The integrated seed coating machine with drying system is suitable for the coating and drying of granular seeds such as wheat, corn(maize) and paddy. After the seeds are coated, a layer of coating agent is attached to the surface of the seeds and the liquid contains a small amount of water. If the seeds are not dried immediately, the coated seeds will stick and cannot be packaged, stored and transported in a short time, thus affecting the quality of the seeds.

The productivity of the integrated seed coating machine with daying system can be adjusted freely, and the maximum productivity can reach >5000kg (wheat) and 3000-4000kg per hour for paddy.This machine can only be used to coat the seeds with original water content of less than 13.0%. Most of the water in the coating agent liquid attached to the surface is dried by hot air exchange. It cannot be used for drying the water inside the seeds.

This model is currently the only seed coating machine in China that integrates feeding, coating, drying after coating, dust reduction, liquid heating, liquid alarm and automatic control.
