Mobile rice/paddy dryer designed and produced by Jinhua Machine Company  is a dryer directing heated air through the rice being dried, a control maintaining predetermined differential between the wet bulb and dry bulb temperature of the air used in drying, a modulating apparatus and inflow fan controlling the heat of the burner, the method of establishing a predetermined differential between wet bulb and dry bulb temperature of the air used in drying rice and the like, and subsequently increasing the differential as drying proceeds.
