Mobile screw conveyer, also named auger screw conveyer, one type of conveyers, is widely applied to fodder, chemical industry, food processing, grain processing and cereals storing.
The screw blade of the mobile screw conveyer is the kind of continuous-rim blade as a whole, using rolled disc steel strip or single compound. This mobile screw conveyer can keep its continuity of transmission, whether in horizontal, or inclined or vertical state, with good sealing and no dust leakage. The helix has a small diameter, a high speed, and a large transmission capacity, especially suitable for inclined and vertical conveying. The materials include carbon steel, stainless steel and so on. Special design effectively avoids adhesive things to affix at the wall clearance; meanwhile, the sealing structure reduces dust which might spread outside. This machine can be designed and installed according to customer and site requirements.
The shell of the mobile screw conveyer is united as a whole by steel tubes with flange. The inlet throat and the outlet, together with the inclination angle can be adjusted according to the site condition. Besides, the inclination angle can be designed as adjustable. The greatest characteristic of this mobile screw conveyor is the universal wheel installed under the equipment which can move around easily and freely, especially suitable for doing work at no fixed location, such as loading loose materials.
