Rotary dryers consist of a horizontally inclined rotating cylinder. Material is fed at one end and discharged at the other end. In direct-type rotary dryers, hot gases move through the cylinder in direct contact with the material, either with or against the direction of its flow. The cylinder is equipped with flights, which lift the material and shower it down through the hot gas stream.

3. The operating parameters can be changed according to the nature of different materials, so that the material in the drying cylinder to form a balanced dispersion of the state, the heat exchange more fully;
4. New inlet and outlet devices eliminate plugging, discontinuities, inhomogeneities, and feed back of the tumble dryer, and reduce the load on the dedusting system.
5. The new internal structure strengthens the cleaning and heat transfer of the dispersion material, eliminates the adhesion phenomenon of the inner wall of the dryer, and has a strong adaptability to the humidity and viscosity of the material;
6. The dryer achieves “zero horizontal thrust”, which greatly reduces the wear of the roller and ensures stable and reliable operation of the roller.
7. Dryer adopts “aligning roller bearing device” so that the contact between roller and roller is always in linear contact, which greatly reduces wear and power loss;
8. According to user requirements to control the size and humidity of the product, so that the moisture content of the product dried up to 8%, the particle size can be controlled below 8mm;
9. According to different coal material characteristics (materials, moisture, ash, particle size composition) change the operating parameters, so that the material in the dryer can form a stable full-cut curtain, heat exchange more fully.
